What You Get a 12-year-old Kid for His Birthday?
My nephew is turning 12 next week and my sister is throwing a huge birthday party – to which I’m invited. I really don’t know what I’m going to get him and it seems especially problematic considering the fact that I feel like I’m just little bit older than 12 myself.
I am the youngest of six children and my older brothers and sisters have pestered me for years now as to why I’ve not decided to “get married and settle down”. Perhaps because of things like this. I’m completely perplexed about something as simple as getting a gift for someone that is age-appropriate.
I asked around the office as to what it is that people this age like these days and I guess it’s very similar to what we like his kids. Video games are popular and anything techie. Someone told me the airsoft is pretty big with kids these days. I guess that airsoft is some type of BB gun war.
